Michael Pieper has been owning Franke since 1989 and was CEO/President Franke Group from 1989 until 2012. He has been President/CEO of the Artemis Group since January 2013. Prior to joining Franke, Michael Pieper worked in the US for several years in different positions in banking and industrial companies. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland (lic.oec.HSG). Michael Pieper is a board member of the following Swiss companies: Franke Holding AG, Arbonia AG, Autoneum Holding AG, Bergos Berenberg AG, Forbo Holding AG und Rieter Holding AG.

Christian Mäder was appointed CFO of the Artemis Group on May 1, 2015 and Chairman of Franke's Board of Directors in May 2019. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kraftwerk Europe AG, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Feintool International Holding AG, a member of the Board of Directors of Adval Tech Holding AG and sits on various other boards. Prior to joining the Artemis Group he was CFO of the Swisslog Group and member of the Group Executive Committee. Earlier, he held management positions at companies like KPMG and Colenco (Motor-Columbus Group). Christian Mäder is a Swiss certified expert in accounting and controlling.

Martin Wyser joined Franke as General Counsel in 2012 and became a member of the Franke Group Management in 2013. He has been a member of the Artemis Group Management since January 1, 2020. Martin Wyser studied Law at the University of Zurich, Switzerland (lic. iur.) and gained his Master's Degree from Northwestern University School of Law (Chicago, US). After having been admitted to the bar, Martin Wyser worked for several years for one of Switzerland's leading international law firms.
