Michael Pieper, President/CEO Artemis Group

Michael Pieper has been President/CEO of the Artemis Group since 2013. He has been the owner of Franke Group (part of Artemis Group) since 1989, where he served as CEO/President from 1989 to 2012. Before joining Franke, he worked in the US for several years in different positions in banking and industrial companies. Michael Pieper holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland (lic.oec.HSG). He is a board member of the following Swiss companies: Arbonia AG, Autoneum Holding AG, Bergos AG, Forbo Holding AG and serves ad interim as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Franke Holding AG.
Martin Klöti, CFO Artemis Group

Martin Klöti joined the Artemis Group in 2023 as CFO and member of the Group Management. Prior to that, he worked as CFO at Schweiter Technologies Group and was a member of the Group Management. Prior to Schweiter Technologies, he was an auditor for trade and industry at Deloitte. Martin Klöti is a chartered accountant and a federally certified fiduciary. He started his career with a Swiss fiduciary.
Jonas Theiler, Member of Group Management

Jonas Theiler joined the Artemis Group in 2021 as Director of Artemis Asset Management Group and was appointed to the Group Management in 2023. He is responsible for Artemis Asset Management Group’s portfolio of private participations and financial investments. Since 2025, he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Artemis Asset Management Group, and since 2026 he serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Franke Holding AG. Prior to joining Artemis, he was an investment professional for eleven years at a US-based investment management company. with activities across public securities, private growth capital, and private equity real estate investments. Jonas Theiler earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and an Executive MBA from IE Business School, Madrid, Spain.
Martin Wyser, Member of Group Management

Martin Wyser joined the Artemis Group in 2020 as a member of the Group Management, responsible for the Artemis Real Estate Group. Prior to that he worked at Franke Group (part of Artemis Group) as General Counsel for many years and was a member of Executive Board. He started his career at one of Switzerland's leading international law firms. Martin Wyser studied Law at the University of Zurich, Switzerland (lic. iur.) and gained his master’s degree from Northwestern University School of Law, Chicago, US.
